I'm interested as well. The can says it has "special binding polymers" that will stick to most anything. I guess I'll do the front grills too.
I did paint some brows on my headlights as well. I masked light, sprayed gray primer then did 3 light coats rustoleum high temp flat black, for bbq pits! If the headlights ever get to 1000 degrees, I should be alright

I prepped by spraying with armor all wheel cleaner and semisoft wheel brush. Blasted them with water then blasted dry with compressed air. Hung with coat hangar and layed three coats down. I also aimed a fan on it to speed up drying process. I installed an hour later and it cured overnight.
