I didn't paint them, but I did cover them in Carbon Fiber tape that I got from Torasport or if you don't like that you can get some from Tapeworks The stuff holds up perfectly. I have had it on for 3 years and it hasn't faded or anything. If you have any other questions, let me know. However you did get a decent price on them! For the rest of you guys, except Antonio, if you saw my car you wouldn't say that they don't belong there. Every mod that I've done to my car is to make it look like it came from the factory that way. It seems that nowadays the hot trend is to get Japan-spec parts for your import car and I kinda did the same thing but used parts from other Fords, i.e. FSVT rims, Mystique center reflector/tailights, pre-98 sail panels. Also the other mods, stripes, A6 sidemarkers, pedals, sill plates, BNoon white faced HVAC, painted grill ring/rear valance panel, "knauberized", white shift knob, Aussie grills, etc are very tastefully done, IMO Roger R SVT/SHO Society SE MI rep 2000 CSVT #1253 of 2150 silver frost/midnight blue 2-8" dark blue racing stripes Mequiars...simply the best!
