Scoped this car out late one night after a night at the local test and tune. No front fenders, random rust, no hubcaps, rusted in two exhaust, NO HOOD, and pine straw all in the engine bay made this car quite possibly the ultimate beater. And to beat all, it had a current liscence plate!!!
