So...is that REALLY better "performance" wise then either a single 2.5" (or even 3") or a "standard" dual 2.5"?
You just doubled the weight of an exhaust, how could that be an improvement?
Please don't think I'm trying to be an ass, I really have no idea when it comes to exhaust but it just seems kinda ilogical to me to have that kind of setup. Any proven dyno numbers?

Here's my system laid out on the ground after finishing most of the welds. None on the car yet. The rear pieces are adjustable, so the one side appears longer than the other. wink

I don't recall seeing any comparable before and after #'s for anyone doing true duals. Though, IIRC, Chang's dyno after doing the true duals was ~12-15hp higher than other SVT's w/ comparable mods other than the true duals.

It will depend on the actual execution whether or not a true dual system will benefit your car.

No cats? Not worried about sniff test in Indiana?

I would think ground clearance would be the only performance reason for going dual rather than single. You can get mandrel bent oval tubing from spintech though, although it is fairly pricey.
