DSM = Diamond Star Motors. Mainly T/E/L (Talon/Eclipse/Laser), but 1991 and 1992 Galant VR4's are considered by enthusiasts as DSM's as well. But, in this case, it is an Eclipse.

ok, side note on DSM--my wife has a '99 Galant ES V6. Love the car, but there doesn't seem to be much of an aftermarket for the new Galants. Anybody know anything? I'm likely going to inherit the car when Blue goes to the big racetrack in the sky.

That video rocks...I still laugh every time I watch it. cool

The 18's the Blue Boys use are stripped down first generation A's, which also do not have working pylons smile They dumped some avionics and such to save weight, as well as all weapons controls. It's really quite a bit quicker than the F/A-18 C & D since it's power to weight ratio is vastly improved.

wheres loganville ?!!! wink I can't beleive MT didn't even mention that compare on their cover, I mean that is seriously the fastest car they have tested, even more that a MaClaren F1(sp)! I think for ONLY 165k thats a steel , specially a sleeper like that! eek
