Excuse me iLLuZiOnS, but why would you say that half the people on hear that leave their CSVT bone ass stock? I think its great that people do creative things to their CSVT, but leaving it stock is still awesome. The CSVT is a great car stock. That was a pretty gutless comment. Why mess with a masterpiece?

Thats why no one comes on this forum...people want to do **** totheir car and just get made fun of by everyone for doing what they like Man I could not agree with you more. It seems like the general view of most on this board is that any mod you put on the car is "Rice". "Rice" is so over used here it feels like I am in a Chineese carryout. Personally I find the stock svt to be very bland looking. The concept is there, but it needs alot of help. Now when I see another modded SVT do I rag on it and put the owner down?? No!! I can say I don't like what the owner has done, but I am not going to talk them down like this comment... I sure as hell wouldn't admit to that being my car on a "Enthusiasts Group" forum, what kind of enthusiast would throw that **** on such a beautiful car?   You my friend can STFU until you start paying the person carpayment comments like this are not allowed here. I like the car.. yes the wing is overstated but this is HIS choice. You can say that you don't like things in better ways.

Those tires are BF Goodrich Scorchers, they have a colored tread. They come in Red, Yellow, Blue and Black. I like 'em, but IMHO they're a bit pricey for what you get.

Well, I personally think any wing on a FWD car is dumb and just shows the person's lack of understanding of how the car moves. Unless of course that person takes the car to tracks (on a regular basis) where additional downforce on the rear would help. Heck, I sent SVT's Marketing Manager an email when I first got my car (I was a Ford employee at the time) and part of that thanked them for excluding any sort of wing from the factory.
I'm an all go and no show kind of guy (as anyone that has seen my hideous rear bumper knows), so I try to keep my opinion to myself on aesthetics. That said, there are plenty of people that have done "fo show" mods on here that I like, just not on my car. Antonio is certainly one of them. Y2KMondeo is another. I'm sure some people think that 19s on GCs slammed to the ground is too extreme. I've seen Allen's "Mondeo" theme called rice on here. And I've had people tell me that the work I've done on my car is a waste because I (still) can't drive it into the 14s.
"Enthusiast" is anyone that is excited about their car - stock, fast, slow, shiney, whatever. Just because I like it or don't shouldn't really matter. But, in reality, if anyone gets all bent out of shape about how people on the internet bag on their car then they need to check their priorities. You can't expect people to all agree that what you like is what they like. And you also can't expect people on an internet BB to be polite about it.

No need to get hostile her boys, I guess I should have clarified that my disliking was on the wing on the trunk, you know that big red thing? I give this guy props for everything else, it looks good. But if someone's going to post their car on this forum, I feel as if I have a right to say how I feel about that car, just as you have a right to say how you feel about my car. I should have clairified my comment and made it "constructive criticism"...
