Makes you want to clean them once a month. I was suprised how dirty they got after just that long. The car wasn't even driven that much. Maybe 2-300 miles.

That's why I just decided to spray them with TB Cleaner while still on the car. Loosen a bracket, pull off the intake hose and spray as directed. Smoothes out the throttle without worries of leaking gaskets and wasted work.

They may not look at good, but they work just as well.

I did mine LIM and UIM after 90k and then after 100k. They were just as bad after 90k as after 100k. I couldn't get much of the gunk below the LIM where the valves are. I was afraid of it dropping into the cylinders, yes I did use a shopvac.

I will do this every 6 month from now on.

Berryman's (B12?) from Autozone is by far the best, Gunk, STP, and another generic can't compare.
