First of all....the customer in question didn't steal anything. He was sold stolen goods unknowingly. Names won't be mentioned here, but it was all brought up on these forums.
The part that someone neglected to mention is that the customer found this out, had that DMD (Dual Mode Damper) removed and bought another unit from HMS. It seems like the truth doesn't suit someones needs.
As I've found out in the past 2 days, which is why I'm opening my mouth, the truth really hurts sometimes as well.
So what are we getting close to?

terry is a month not enough time to fix or replace something. this customer had alot of patients with you. how long did you have his car after it got towed to your house after spring zing? and what does a DMD have to do with a poor job on the trans? did he buy the dmd knowing it was not legit?

The customer was told the time I needed the first time his car was here but appears he did not accept that...why not get him on here instead of various 'mouthpieces'...?
