Disclaimer, I'm no where near an expert (or heck, even a novice when it comes to transaxles)
But given the pics I've seen of the Streetflight/Hightower turbo, I'm wondering if the Bulldog box with the external lube lines would even work with this setup.
I've been thinking about this because eventually, after the exhaust drive air compressor I have a deposit down on, I'll probably need some transaxle work.
So, I was wondering if I really need the lube system, or if the Quaife and upgraded gears would really be all I need, if I "warm up" the transaxle properly.
Thinking ahead.

The trans in the pic is Rick Blackfords, he ran it with a 3.0 on dyno, the engine blew, trans was fine, swaped to a 2.5 and drove from Des Moines to Spring Zing, trans was fine, ran at Gingerman Raceway, ripped the splines out of the driveshaft at the hub end, trans was fine, drove back to Des Moines, trans was fine and still is...its very easy to sabotage a trans in a parking lot........bit like running a dual mode damper on your car supplied by 'spurious' sources.....back off!!!!

Ah yes the 'If I can't break it it wont break' test drive...thank you brad BTHW the customer with the leak was offered a full upgrade to the grade (Chemfluor fluropolymer tubing 1/8" ID, 1/4" OD,high temp/pressure & chemical resist) tube used on Ricks car,the trans would have to be stripped out and re plumbed inside and out, the customer would not leave the car with us long enough to effect this upgrade..it was offered free of charge...

No, the high temp hoses are not extra, they were part of Ricks trans and are still in good order..the bulldog is being further upgraded with two other mods that will also be included in a Focus trans, for which we have a couple of orders. As I said the upgraded hoses were offered to the customer with the leak but he refused, this was a FREE OF CHARGE upgrade, had he left his car he would have had the same 'level' as Rick...I have no more to add to the 'leak' issue except 'spurious purchase of DMD's'....!

Ahem.... The reason the car went to HMS before SZ02 was to have the old hoses replaced with the "upgraded" hoses, which some were and some weren't. The one that burst, was a hose that was not replaced. The pictures taken clearly show the differences between the hoses.
Pascal, Slim Shady, their girlfriends, and myself will all agree, as we were all on the side of the road when the phonecall to HMS was placed (also wiping tranny fluid off our bumpers), along with the highway patrolman who pulled over to help us as well, the customer was offered to have the Bulldog fixed, and then no other work ...warranty or not, would be performed on it, or, the trans would be stripped of all bulldog parts, and *some* (emphasis on some) money would be reimbursed.
...Just stating the facts...
