Thanks for all the compliments and the criticisms. For those of you who are wondering how I did the lights; I figured out how to shape plexiglass without it bubbling. I can make these but they are not very easy. Also the parts to make them were kind of expensive. I would problably say that they will probably be about $200.00 or more. If anyone is interested let me know, I will see what I can do. Just remember that each set of these will be custom because I am not perfect and each set will look different.

Also the hood is not a insert. I had the hood custom made from another contour hood and fiberglass. The main purpose of the hood was to let the heat out of the engine bay. This design was taken from the pictures of the Street Fighter Body kit. I would have bought the hood and had it shipped from UK but they told me that it wasn't part of the body kit and it wasn't for sale.

If you think this is too much, just wait...
:p

No Doubt!

Throw in the fact the headlight brows look nasty and the 2-toned ground effects and we are in full agreement...

nice constructive criticism demon. we know we can always count on you for that, considering how much you go out of your way to make your car look different than others. we know you are a pioneer in that area.

2FAST4U - very original car. the hood is sweet as hell, definitely original. best custom hood yet as somebody said. i think the 2 toned ground effects are OK, but don't really work due to the fact that 1. the front bumper isn't 2 toned, and 2. it's not really the right kidn of car for it. i would either 1. repaint the sideskirts body color and leave the rear valance silver, and go with a silver and red theme, or 2. repaint all the ground effects red, and the rear valance too. i think the grille ring looks bad as hell also. the eyebrows need a little work, look at chris h's headlight template for an idea on a way to make them look better (in my opinion anywho). also - although i do not like altezza's very much, props for making your own custom ones and they look halfway decent in this application.

No car anymore ;\ (taking a break from driving due to several misfortunate occurances)

I like it. Don't worry about people hating your car. There's no way to please everyone. So key thing here, makesure YOU like it. If YOU do, then thats all that matters. Just forget the crap other people talk. I think you car looks great and keep up the good work. The hood for sure is really sweet!

I never cared much for Altezzas on Contours, but props to you for trying it. The hood scoops are cool, but the sharp angles and lines don't work. Perhaps if they were more rounded?

I know that alot of people don't like what I've done to my car but really I don't give a sh*t. I wouldn't have posted pics of my car if I didn't want to hear it. For those of you who want to talk trash thats cool. If you think you can do better, try it. I just wanted to see the reaction that my car gets.

I had the eyebrows straight across the headlights and I thought it looked stoned so I did something different. I don't want people to see my car and think "SLEEPER". I have gotten alot of compliments on the eyebrows. It was a shock to hear that so many of you don't like them.

As for the two tone. Its a start on the paint job that I will be doing. I just need to get some cash together to get a new gun (for painting). When I get that done, you will know why I painted the sideskirts. eek

I just want to have a car that won't get confused with someone elses. And right now it is a one of a kind!
