Ya know, those fender flares look like they are bolted on, there is a seam around them. Maybe not that hard to do after all...
I love that car, but the front looks too long. I'll just stick with the Mirko splitter

i am pretty sure the flares are bolt on.... you can tell even more in person.......i will say this though......the car looks helluva lot better in person.....pics dont do it justice.........
one question guntaker......do you know whose pics those are? they look as if they were taken at lowes motor speedway so oh around the 1999 area!? if so, there was this sweet a$$ stang sitting next to the tour with saleen's own version of mystic paint.....like 20 shades of everything.....oh so sweet......

I don't like anything about the exterior of that car at all. IMO, VERY tacky and gaudy. Totally overdone-- Dare I say ricer-ish? :p The CSVT is a beautiful, understated car. Why ruin it with all that bolted on clutter? The wheels and paint are alright, I guess.

uh guys this is definitely rice. The big stupid looking wing and the ground effects are simply horrid.
On the plus side though it does have a neat mondeo style antenna and a unique (among contours) exhaust setup.

After studying the pics for a while trying to decide what I didn't like, I've come to the conclusion that the effects are a bit to hard angled. The Contour is a very curvy, flowing design, and those effects have some very hard, angular edges, they just don't flow. Round some of thjose off and it would look much much sweeter. Just my .02

lol is that bumper sag. sure looks like it. poor saleen couldnt get the engine to work, nor the ground effects. o well.
do you guys realize that buckshot. will do what saleen couldnt. he will have like a 400 hp tour. which was waht saleen was aiming for. so much for millions of dollars on research on something that dindt work.
come on buckshot show saleen how STUPID they are.

Sorry, I don't know whose pics those were, I can't remember where I found them... But yes, I've seen some stangs with that paint job your talking about... very cool!
