Well, I already have a Quaife, but if I didn't I would seriously consider this.

Two questions:
1) I assume the MTX-75 is a Duratec model, correct?
2) Is the new MTX-75 a post-2000MY build (with the upgraded internals)?

Make it a HMS Bulldog(g) box and I think I'd drop $50 a ticket, and buy 2! laugh

I'm sure it is a pre-2000 MTX as Terry said, the post (good ones) are hard to come by since Ford crushed 1300+. mad

Please keep us up to date if this goes through or not. Are you letting the Focus boyz in on this too?

I thought that the Zetec/Duratec MTX-75 was slightly different as far as mounting points. Is it just a matter of alignment dowls being moved, or something more serious?

Zetec/Duratec MTX-75 have different bellhousings. AFAIK, not moddable for the different engine.
