Below are pics of the mesh grill I installed yesterday. It was a pain in the arse cause I couldn't search for how anyone else did it due to the forums being down. Anyhow here they are...sorry for the pic quality, we're having some inclement weather in ATL...

If the engine gets too hot he can just pull the hood ralease!... actually don't really do that...

Not at all. Becasue it's perforated mesh it really doesn't restrict airflow much.

Did you guys follow the how to and dremel etc to put mesh in place of ford plastic?
