I'm employed by McLeod USA, who has the contract for the state of Iowa Communications Network voice, data, and video, located in the basement of the STARC Armory in Johnston, Iowa. Here's one of the outside... I'm in the right side, 20' under ground area behind 12" steel reinforced concrete blocks. Our network works on a 3% usage basis during normal operating hours to maintain constant rediness should the rest of the state be forced to work out of the bunker (war on US soil situation). When the Sept. 11th ordeal went down, we spiked to 7% usage!!!
