If I remember correctly........

After you remove the lower shroud (the big flat black peice), then take off the the little deflectors that are right behind the lower grille. They are a PITA, you need some swivels and such to get them. If I remember correctly, I never got all the screws out of one of them. Then just wiggle the grille out. The real PITA is to try and get it back in without scratching it after you've just painted it.

Steve, yep, I even asked you about it before I slapped the badge on smile I've since gone badgeless again.

Did you use the FoliaTec mesh?

I used to have a how to on the way I made my grille, but it has since gone away to the land of lost posts. I tried to see if anyone could find it but I never got a reply from Lance and no one said that they had a copy. I'm basically an idiot for not making a copy myself.

I don't have pics of mine anywhere to post them since honesty .com went to $$$ or I'd be glad to show you.
