I'm looking for the easiest to use cause I'm getting pretty pissed at Paint Shop Pro 7. I'm guessing It's a little too advanced for me. The last time I used an image creation program it was when corel first started. Can anyone give me any suggestions.

If PSP7 is too advanced, then Photoshop is likely to be also. Try maybe Micrografx Picture Publisher. I used to use it and it's pretty good. Try a demo first, though.

Adobe Photoshop is the Undesputed Champion of Photo Editing and creation. Ask any web developer.

Adobe Photoshop 6 -- I use it daily.

If you want something simpler, you could try ULead's PhotoImpact. It sucks in comparison, but you don't need a design degree to use it. And it's a lot cheaper than Adobe with good results.

the layout of photoshop is so much cleaner and organized than paint shop pro (there may be more features, but they are arranged in a sensible way). But there are way more features w/photoshop and it can be confusing if you don't know how to use them.

With that being said, photoshop kicks azz!!! I love it, it is by far my favorite thing to do on my computer, even though it takes like 5 minutes just to load up. (LOL!)

Also there are many many many tutorials, classes, online classes, literature, etc. that can teach you how to use photoshop.
