SICK !!! Awesome sound, and everyone loves a nice big set of tiPs. : ) especially me , comming from the japanese side of performance this is exactly what im looking for. Can you just put the mufflers on the stock SVT cat back , and add the SHO Y pipe and a high flow cat (or straight pipe) ? any thoughts on that ?
I have a maxima, but i need a 5 speed.

I supplied the race series mufflers via a Magnaflow distributor near me. the cat is high flow Maganflow unit as well. 2x 2" in and 2.5" out. Stainless flex pipe too. Mufflers, cat and flex are available from me for $375. Installation is typically another $200-$250 You save around $200 on a similar setup (Bassani/SHO shop y-pipe) and you have something different. More mufflers style are viewable at www.magnaflow.com just click on the Mirror Finish link and then either strett or Race series and take a look.By stainless flex pipe, do you mean the whole Y pipe , or just the flex section ... and once again , can you just put the magnaflow's on the stock cat back pipes ?

If anybody is interested I have 2-14" SS Magnaflows I got from Stanzi for my coug but they won't fit my Roush GFX. They are 6" diameter 2.5" in/out. I also have a 22"L Aluminized 4"D one for the resonator position. I'm looking for $300 for all 3 SHIPPED. Email at

After pricing (no y-pipe) magnaflow mufflers, resonator, all the mandrel bends I would need for a 2.5" to y-split to 2.25 with tips I'm looking at easily over $450 without installation.. I get awesome prices from my mechanic to..even better than anastazi. So I think I'm going with the borla for $500 and install it myself.

Yes but you are forgetting that the above system also removes the stock y-pipe for a setup similar to the SHO Shop Y-pipe, using a 2 in 1 out cat. So you save $250+ on a ypipe. So My system is still cheaper. Oh and as far as a y-split for the rear I can get Magnaflow ones for $40 2.5" and 2 x 2.5" out. So if you add $150 for install which would be typical you would be looking at a price better than a Borla (or Bassani) and Y-pipe combo, installed by a pro, so you stay clean and happy and have a full header(precat) back exhaust.
