I have been to home depot and busy beaver, two hardware places around here, and have yet been able to find this one particular kind of mesh. I have found interwoven wire mesh and that screen door stuff, but the other day I saw a S-10 that had a mesh grille that looked like it was 1 piece...almost like it was a sheet of metal and then the wholes, diamond in shape, were punched out...any idea as to where I can find this stuff? Thanks for your help! cool

the stuff is called wire cloth. Used a lot in high end display manufacturing and buildings. It's a little pricey. I know of a shop here in Northern California but you could do a search on the web and find something closer to you.
check this site out wire cloth

Where I live in MISSOURI, the stuff you are talking about is called Expanded Metal, and it comes in all shapes and sizes of diamonds, and or circles. For my TOUR it cost about $25 bucks for 9in. by however long it waz, hope this helps.

Nicholas, do you have any pictures of this stuff on your tour? I think that this is the stuff I am talking about. Thanks.

Go to Pep Boys or similar home-improvement sotre and buy some Expanded Metal. I didn't use it but it is what you need. Screen mesh will rip and a rock can enter your radiator. This stuff is kinda heavy but thick and stong. Or if you have a pre-98 just spraypaint the existing grill like me! laugh laugh Gotta love the pre-98s! laugh laugh
