I wouldn't know since I've never seen one, and the movie was kind of dark so I wasn't able to see the style of the rims, the front air dam, or the dual exhaust.

It is a 540 Sport, they describe all the cars used in the films. I think an M5 will appear in one of the films not released yet. The Sport has some M stuff, I remember the steering wheel is, maybe the shifter too. btw, if you have a fast connection, download the BMW Player the quality is much better (each movie is around 70 mb).
