ok i know u can put in a lit moonroof switch. can the same be done for my rear door window switches? would the install be the same as moonroof?
...and yes, I did SEARCH first before asking.

At the bottom of the drivers door window control is a sliding switch. Push it to the green setting (looks like two windows) and the rear switches will light up. They turn off when the window lock is turned on.

That kill switch shuts the window lights off on my 98 SE but not on my 97 Sport. Is there something wrong with the switch if it doesn't shut the lights off when it is engaged? Thanks.

The lights in my `96 are on all the time too. My switch is stuck with the rear windows turned off. Glad I rarely have rear passengers.

you know i have had a mystique for 4 years then traded and got my svt and had that 2 years and about a month ago i just noticed that when the rear window lock-out is on it cuts power and the window lights (maybe handle lights too mine are wired into the window switches so they shut off too)
