Ok... well I went to the boneyard today... as I had planned with a few other people who later backed out on me..lol That's ok.. I had my brother with me to help. I must've scrounged everything I could see. I'll post a list for those of you who are looking for parts .. I have a bunch.. And I picked up somethings that others have asked for.

  • Eight injectors from a Mustang GT..(Experimentation only) 1999 MY
  • DPFE sensor and hoses.. Couldn't resist.. It was just sitting in the open and had to snag one!
  • Power steering pump and bracket.. I'm replacing mine- Mine's growling and making funny noises at idle
  • Hood light out of a 95 Tour.. Had to... We all need one actually.. Damn Ford and their contenting!
  • Headlight switch and harness for cars equipped with foglights(saw it and grabbed it right out)No fogs to be had.. only one was available and the car was on the ground.. No access to remove it.
  • More (lighted)window switches and harnesses.. Hey Rick... still need the factory terminal??
  • I raped a 00' Cougar.. Coolant reservoir... Nice and clear compared to mine! Various sensors.. Air temp and some others..
  • Power antenna complete with harness and mounting materials..(Hey Rick... still interested in one? )
  • IMRC Control motor and cable(97 and up including SVT) had to... It's off of the 00 Cougar but it's all the same.
  • Fuel door and pocket.. (Toreador Red) for Matt if you're still interested. You won't believe the deal I got on all this stuff!
  • Crank and cam sensors.. Had to get while I was there.. You never know when you or someone you know will need one!
  • Tons of other trinkets... I couldn't get a TB off of a Mustang though... The yard I deal with would not part with any of them.. Part of the whole engine.. Will not separate!!! DAMN!!!! I'll find one next week and try this mod.. But it looks difficult from the way the TB will have to be installed upside down..(Yes I said upside down) and the shaft pulled and rotated 180 degrees. I was looking at this for a while and looking at ours.. The regular TB on a 2.5 fits inside the Mustang TB...hehe It's huge!
Anyhow.. I had fun for about four hours.. I'm sure I'm missing a few pieces on here.. But when I get back out to my storage area later I'll take a tally of what I've collected.. If you need something let me know.. This stuff I merely collected because I could and got it cheap!

P.S. Hey Scoob, no good on a hood.. They were all gone already.. And the other ones were not any good. I'll keep looking.

What size are those injectors? I may need to upgrade for the S/C. At least I'll know what size is in a stang in case I do need'em

They are 24/lb hour rated ... Pencil style just like ours.. But more flow! .. I wanted to experiment with the throttle body and removing the secondaries and seeing what happens.. I also have a MAF from the Stang also.. Hmm.. I'm beginning to be a parts warehouse..lol

hey Dom: Don't really need any parts [yet], but pulling cam sensor(s) was a good idea. That's the part that was on national backorder last August.... kept me out of my car for 44 days till it showed up! ZZZ.

I think you forgot a couple of black grille inserts for me to experiment with for the illuminated Ford emblem mod! That's O.K., I plan on going to one around here if I ever get motivated...can I just get the black insert, or do I have to get the whole thing(chrome and all)? I guess I'll find out when I pull it.

Honestly Nick... the front ends were picked over and most were smashed beyond comprehension.. No grilles to be had except a pre 97 grille... And that's too old. Anyhow.. I'll be going again shortly as I found a 3.0L lower intake and a throttle body at a local yard that I'm going to experiment with.
