Baseball, along with all it's greedy and inflated ego players, just sucks.

Still thinking...

Did you hear about the big Rangers vs. Red Sox game? Rangers Killed em 19 to 7! Although the Rangers can't really gloat because the Mariners have swept a three game series against them with scores like 17-1, 16-4, 19-2...they've actually done this a couple of times!

I've always been a big Mariners fan although I've been boycotting baseball this year because of the impending strike...can't stand the greed. I don't think they'll get much support either with the economy the way it is.

1) Go Tigers? Not a chance in hell this year.
2) Rangers have great power when it comes to batting, and last nights game against Boston is a great example of that. They just need to do that on a consistant basis and work on offense.
3) And yes, the Yankees have owned the M's at times, but need I remind you of when the Mariner's swept the Yankees IN New York this season??? smile
4) Baseball rules, but yeah I'm getting sick of all the greed ecspecially from teams like the Yankees where the LOWEST paid player still makes around 900,000 a year! How could they possibly want more money??? I'd lick Public toilets in New York for 900K a year! Baseball players need to get their acts together and play for the love of the game again.

If they strike, I wonder how long A. Rod will be happy to lose $85,000 PER DAY . And they say they're not greedy.

Here in KC one of the Royals' rookies was interviewed, and, when asked, "Seeing as you spent 11 years in the minors, and have just been called up less than a month ago, are you willing to put a very high risk on your future in MLB so players can make $25 mil. a year?"
He said yes, but I swear, I could hear Donald Fehr inserting his hand up his ass just before he spoke.

I hope the Twins vote no, go out, and win by forfeit.

I hate baseball for what it is. I love baseball for what it once was, and could be again.
