Wow is all I have to say, for about 100 cdn I have a watercooling system!! This is great, although a little ghetto. The system wont go past 35C no matter what I do. bubba beer tank holds water and pump, old heatsink drilled out and sealed, crummy 6 inch radiator and old 92mm fan and a POS RIO pump. This is a pretty simple thing to do if anyone is interested I can help. OC'd an old celeron to 1170mhz from 900 havent tried going any higher.

how's the noise? I'd buy watercooling if I could eliminate most of my fans.

i did the same with mine, i suggest u do buy a waterblock, and not make your own. but if your going water cooling get a shim for your processor if its a amd athlon. i burnt 1 out because of wear and tear of trying 2 profect the heat sink.

the pump I have is cheap so the noise is about as intrusive as the dragon orb I had on there before but if one splurged and bought a better pump Im sure the noise would be almost unnoticable. waterblocks are too much work spend some cash on a waterblock they perform better and are guaranteed to fit. The koolance 100 and 200 seem to be pretty good buys.

tubing 5
radiator 30
pump 30
tank 20

this is what I had to shell out, everything else I had lying around, 3/8th adapters, zip ties, fan, plumber goop(this makes it possible)and an old fin cooler for waterblock, took me about a week to build in my spare time.
