oh yeah man....those are some sweet speakers...they are very loud, and sound amazingly crisp and well balanced out of the box. The logitech Z-560's are even louder, hit harder and sound better, but they only have 4 chanels .

I got the Logitech Z-560's(400 watts) for less than half what you paid and they are just as good. Check out some reviews. I got em on sale for $130 shipped.

I got the 621s shipped to my door for $50. It was an accomodation through Altec... Can't beat that! I had some Yamaha's before that and sold them on eBay for $90 IIRC. So I made out very well...

I use a 1996 Panasonic Boom Box from Japan has 220Watt amp built in, a Remote, and a convertible LCD top. It also has rear Composite inputs and outputs Oh and it was 50 bucks.

Whar kind of reciever/amp are you running? I had a friend back in college that had some Klipsch, ran them off a HarmonKardn and that **** rocked the house big time
