Workers are resurfacing the street outside! I am here for a couple more hours. Does anyone know what kind of dry time there is, or if there is any at all? I am thinking that all kinds of crud is going to end up on my car when I leave. Any ideas how to avoid this?

::edit::
Guess you can call me a topic starter whore.

Drive really really slow~

Basically creep like your gonna do a drive by

that way the excess asphalt and tar do not get flung about by the high speed.

I was thinking that. But would there be asphalt and tar that get stuck in the tires and once out of the resurfaced area, it would be flung out after increasing my speed?

if we could only develop some sort of morphing teleport system quickly we could save the car! otherwise... drive really slow. even if tar gets in the tires, it wont be as bad as it would be if you drove real fast. and if you want, you could stop right after you got off of the surface, find a stick and do your best to poke the access out. sounds funny, but ive done it a couple times believe it or not. smile hope this helps.

im doin a 100 on the highway... so if you do the speed limit get the f*** out of my way.

You guys are great. Maybe after I get off the bad area, I will check the situation. Maybe I should just move my car now to a safe area! But man, those seats sure get hot sitting in the sun.
