Hey importhunter_SVT,

Thanks for the offer. Do you know what the shipping charges may be to London, Ontario, Canada?

Cheers,
Chris

to cstraw: off the top of my head, i have no idea what shipping would be. since that last post though i thought that i should look into whether "the man" will make me put it back on or not. pending that, i would gladly let you have it. if your really interested i will hurry my usually slow decision making process for you.

Move to Oklahoma laugh No front plates here, so dealers don't even bother drilling the holes on front bumpers. All I've got are the three locating dimples where holes are to be drilled.

In my opinion, NO! What is the point of the litle conical filter in the top being connected if it only pulls about 1/5 of the air that is taking in. I'd rather the whole intake pull from that whole. I plan on getting rid of the KKM filter and putting in a regular K&N with a heat shield. I really so no point of putting that little thing in when most of the surface filter area isn't going to benefit from it!

I removed my front plate holder, didnt need to take off the front fender,
if you take off the plate you can see 3 plastic pins that hold it on, if you get a punch and knock out the center then the pins pop right off, then I cleaned up the area, filled the holes with a tube of body filler, sanded it down then painted it with the paint from ford

took the whole of umm maybe an hour, plus the time it took for the filler to dry

Not to bust the sales Pete might get, but can't you just get three of the plastic "serrated plugs" that Ford uses to hold trim on and paint the heads with touch up paint?

I removed my plate when I moved to NC and this is what I was going to do whenever I manage to get around to it. Easy to try and simple to remove if it didn't work right.

bigwalton: How's it going stranger?

No loss of "sales", as I make no money off of "seling" the bumper plugs.
(Cost of plugs + 3 coats paint + 3 coats clearcoat + USPS Priority mail.)

Just trying to help out CEGers. smile
