I have an Umax Astra 3400 (had it for a while, just never used it.) Anyway, the CD has been destroyed (ooops) and now of course, I want to use it. The software isn't available for download on Umax's site. Does anyone have this CD they can burn for me? The CD version I have is 3.75.000.

Thanks!!

I don't think the file size is much bigger than 50mb, I could give someone FTP access to my server if they want to ZIP/Upload also...

Go to http://www.umax.co.uk/support/default.htm and look for your model there. For some reason Umax's USA site makes you pay for a driver CD  But their sites from other countries have them available for download.

Hers a cool little trick for these *****y ass manufactures. If you can't find a driver on their US site....try the uk one. Here is the link to your u-max driver.
UMax UK

I looked and saw drivers for Umax Astra 3400 v.3.75

I went there, and the drivers are listed. It won't let me connect to the FTP. I changed it to HTTP and it obviously isn't going to work like that either. I tried logging into the FTP server with a client as anonymous.

I have a Umax 3400 (I think). When I get home, I'll look for the driver CD. If you haven't found it by tomorrow I'll upload it for ya.

BTW, mine is SCSI, but I'm sure the drivers for all interfaces are there.
