Freakin amazing. I just got home from his concert here at hifi buys ampitheatre. I went to the show last year too but this year just totally blew it away. He played a lot of his old stuff which is just amazing and had some incredible jams. Not too much new stuff so I was pretty happy about that. Somethin about that electric guitar just doesn't sit well with me. Encored with grave digger and two step. Great stuff. Just thought I'd share. Any other dave fans in the house?

Yeah I don't blame ya. Dave seems to be in the genre of music that people either love or hate. Some people can't stand the phish/widespread panic/dave matthews band jam sound. I say to each his own.

I like Dave, but not the others. His older stuff, though. The last couple CD's haven't been as favorable to me.

I like the older stuff, too. I got to see the band live at an all day concert in San Jose called The Bridge School Benefit (I think). There was a group of girls behind us (I was single then) that kept cooing over him. I was jealous laugh

That was a sweet concert - everything was acoustic....even Marilyn Manson when he made a surprise appearance eek

Just got back from a DMB concert in West Palm. Im not really a big Dave fan, don't dislike them though, but one of my friends who went really likes them. I thought the concert was pretty damn good though for a band I dont really show a lot of interest in.
