I went outside a little while ago and he was chirping, way up in the tree. At least the weiner dog didn't eat him.

It can't fly?

I think it had fallen out of its nest and wasn't able to gain height yet. When it got away from me in the kitchen, it was able to fly, without gaining height, for about three feet.

I set it on the hill so the dog wouldn't eat it. It was gone this morning, there was a bird with the same song in the trees behind the house. I am assuming it was the bird.

i tried rescuing a baby rabbit (just born, didnt even really have fur) from my dog's mouth he lasted a few hours, squeaked, and didnt squeak anymore

saving animals is nice though, makes u feel special. i hope ur bird does okay and im sorry i laughed when u said it **** on you.. heheh :p
