Buffalo Wings ARE actually from Buffalo. There is a place called Anchor Bar, and they are the inventors of the Original Buffalo Wings ! They even have a decree from the City of Buffalo stating so ! If you ever get to Buffalo, you've got to have a set of their wings. They are great. Whenever I get out to Buffalo, I always get a set of their sauces. There website is here... I've had the blazin' and your lips are numb imediately. Not much of an enjoyment but I wanted to see how hot they really were.
