I appreciate what my country has become known for - peace, tolerance, diversity, and freedom. I am proud of what this nation of 30 million people contributes to the social fabric of this world. Soon the US will celebrate July 4th and Canada too will honour its close friend to the south. Have a happy and safe long weekend (ours was this past weekend), some of yours will be next weekend.
