Today,
One of my co-workers brought in this little device that measures the strength of electromagnetic fields. Well he was able to get a low frequency strength of almost 60. There are two large transformers on the other side of the wall. Should I be concerned? Where I sit I get a reading of about 2-3. I used to sit on that wall and got a reading of 12 or so, where I actually sit. I've asked for years to have it tested and nothing was done.

What are the limits of saftey for such fields?

Thanks,
-Andy

That's a good question. At my former place of employment we had a women who's monitor had alot of problems because of the huge transformer right on the other side of her cube. We ended up replacing it with LCD.

Would you want to sit there for a couple of years? Not me..but who knows?

I guess I'd better get rid of my wireframe glasses. According to that site "they can serve as an antenna to focus the radio and cellular phone waves directly into your brain." Crazy, isn't it?!?
