i got a 99 se and i would like to get the svt bumper i want to know if i could only get the bumper cover only and use the rest of the stuff of the 99 se or do i need to get everything?

yes you could just get the front bumper only.....

Now the car would look funny and mis-balanced, but you could add any one piece of the SVT ground effects package.
The SVT pieces hang noticably lower then the regular ones (or none at all)

i want to get both the front and back i just want to know if with the bumper cover with the other stuff of the se same with the back if i get the bumper cover i could use the other peices of the rear one i have know.i'm going to get both the front and back i think it would look a bit off with just one(my own opinion).
