javier, take a look at
www.performancefords.org . We are looking for people to start up local chapters like what you are talking about. There are no application fees or annual dues and it is for all Fords. Also, the website and forum is already there for your club to use. We plan on creating subdomains for each new chapter (i.e.
www.yourcity.performancefords.org) so that new chapters don't have the overhead costs of running a website. That subdomain would be administrated by someone your club picks so it's controlled by your club.
Our goal is to provide enthusiasts with all the advantages of being a part of a club, but without having the costs that usually come along with it.
