Look at the e-mail my company has just sent out to everyone;
"Feeding the Animals: A Health Hazard ----
Associates who feed the squirrels around the patio area outside the Café and the courtyard between the East and West Buildings are encouraging them to return and remain.
Please be aware that squirrels are not the friendly, domestic creatures they may appear to be. Squirrels can bite. They are dirty and carry diseases, such as rabies, that are harmful to humans. Besides being a health hazard, their presence intrudes upon the comfort of the lunch tables and non-smoking areas. For the health, welfare and safety of yourself and your fellow associates, please refrain from feeding the animals.
**** end of message **** "
Those Squirrels can be real monsters some times i tell ya. Back in the day this may have made it as an Alferd Hitchcock movie: Squirrels!

People might like to sit and feed these animals, but they don't take into consideration the problems they can cause. Granted, they're not viscious but would you want them running around all over your workplace once they get used to being fed?
A similar thing is happening here. A neighbor of mine used to have homing pigeons. Well, he let them go, shortly before he became ill and passed away. There were always a few that would come around occasionally, but the stupid tenant in this guys house started feeding them. Now they're nesting on top of our houses, making sounds at the crack of dawn which is driving me insane, and just "messing" up the place. It's not so bad at my house, but my neighbor who is right next door to the house where the idiot lives...well...have you ever had to STEP over bird crap? I'm going to buy a pellet gun and solve this problem...

I do not think a pellet gun will do much. Everytime I've used that, it just annoys them. I'd recommend at least a 9mm to make sure the tenant goes down in one shot.
