Dummy probably saw the Romeo engine plant sticker on the engine and got confused.

Rome, NY? That's a great ol' town, lived there for a few years. Lots of Italians but I don't think they make cars. :p

actually, some of the Cobra engine components were cast in Italy by Teksid (I don't think any of the parts are anymore, but don't quote me on that)
