Mondeo Heated Washer Nozzels are available through batinc.net for those interested, (all of us in the snowbelt). The part number that batinc.net can use is 6 747 267 or the alpha numeric 93BG17666BA. I have placed my order 2 days ago and expect them in about 2 weeks (I missed the last shipment). Once they come in and get them wired I can supply a how to. Most likely wiring will be ground and + rear window defroster switch. From the looks of the pic they are a direct replacement for the contique nozzels. price is $16 per piece, one piece per package.

If you want to see a pic of them email me and I will send you pic of the nozzle.

This is a nice touch for those of us who have had the washers freeze up on us.

Living in the Great White North, I have had them freeze on me. I would love to see a pic of them.

I had them freeze on my ONE time this year. It's a must, especially if you have de-icing washer fluid.

I've rarely had mine freeze on me and I live in an igloo. Trick is to run proper w/w fluid and give a squirt when you wash the car. That's when most people's freeze up. Also, I extended my hose from the washer pump to the nozzles, and wrapped it a dozen times around a coolant hose. This gives heated fluid. I've done it to every car I've owned and it works great.

retro fitted mirrors over thanksgiving. It took about 2 hours to do the retro fit, then like 24 for the silicone to dry. they have been on my car since nad have been working great.

I am in to the heated packeges that ford doesnt offer.

i have a heated drivers seat ( saab heaters)
the heated mirrors
heated washer nozzels are on the way

plus i am doing a little research on the mystery wiring harness that fits into a dummy switch next to the rear window defroster on the 98 + Contiques. This car is possibly prewired for a heated windscreen like the 1st generation taurus smile
just need the glass smile

we'll see

Where did you get the heated mirrors from? A older tour? I'd be interested in adding them to my svt also.I added heated seats(driv.&pass. side) just before this winter.I love em and use them almost every day. laugh

Yes i got the mirrors and the housings for like 50 bones form the classifieds on the CEG. i was going to just do a swap of the glass but then i noticed they are different set up as far as how they attach. I rigged up a system for the old mirror glass to fit in the new motor/atachment set-up.
If you wanna see pics of how i did it send me an email and i can show you want i did.

I'd be very interested in the heated mirror retrofit. Where I live there aren't a lot of junkyards, and no old Contique mirrors to be had...
