I removed that 2" plastic thing behind the gas pedal that keepz you from flooring.... Who all has done that????? And is it ok to do that... i did it just to give my car more GAS!

How much time goes into removeing that piece, it kinda screws up my pedals i put on and I would like to remove it??

ummmmm not too hard actually I just got under there and *SNAPPED them off there two... take a look under there youll see.. Or u can snip them off..

It won't make the TB open any farther.

However it now may put undo stress on the throttle cable.

Yeah, it'll stretch the cable or flex the throttle cam.

I think you are feeling the placebo effect. Unless you have a different TB on the car, the stock pedal travel is sufficient enough already to give you 100% opening of the butterfly
