I avoid posting my phone number since with my phone number people can get my address easy and everything else is just another step  and I dont need people adding my name to mailing lists that I dont want them to be on. (I know one guy that uses the address and e-mail address of some guy he did not like in a forum he used to be in to sign-up for all the nasty stuff he can find).
