That's a very good question. I'd like to know the answer as well.

Ok guys the track is still open for tonight. It is supposed to be in the mid 60's today and partly sunny. About the time I was wanting to meet at 4pm Bowling Green time. For those that think they might be late we will wait for you guys and just let me know on the threads if you think you are. JB SVT ...that would be great if you could come down and meet up with us and go to the track. By the way ... Dustyn did you get your SVT all back together? Everybody have a safe trip and hope to see all you guys there.

Well It went pretty well. I had allot of fun and I think the other guys did to. I cut some good reaction lights I had a .502 and a .605 and the last I am not going to mention. I ran a 15.3, 15.6 15.7 missed fourth on the last run. My contour didn't have that good of time. Blew the tranny didn't make it home got stranded on the william natcher parkway. Got home probably 5 this morning. Its setting on the trailer right now. I am not sure what i am going to do. I don't know how much its going to cost me I will proabably give terry a call tuesday. Oh well later on.

How long was your car stranded on the Natcher? I didn't see it on my way back home. I'm assuming you are going to put in a Quaife. I had a pretty good time down there as well. Mike and myself didn't leave til about 10:30. I think if we go again I'll definately make a few runs. Might make a few runs at Windy Hollow first before I try Beech Bend.

I haven't decided what i am going to do with right now. Its either put a quilfie in it and new clutch and flywheel or just get a rebuilt trans and sell it. I change my mind daily so who knows. It will proabably set in the garage for awhile. I would like to pull the trasmission myself but I don't know if I can do it without a lift.

Yea, if you sold the Contour you could use the money to make your Mustang insanely fast. That would be tempting to me if I were in your situation. Its just a matter of how much do you enjoy driving the Contour.
