just spent a couple hours in the garage with Silvie tonight. Think I've fixed the non-functional water temp gauge...Looks like some of the wiring wasn't on right. Cleaned everything up with some Carb cleaner(only thing I had close) and put it all back together. No lets just hope the actual temp sender is still good! Took apart Blackie's instrument panel and it looks as if the over rev buzzer is gonna be tough to impossible to retro fit frown same for the 140 mph speedo mad Looks like all the clutch hydralics are OK...filled up resivoir and when working the clutch, slave still moves good, needs to be bled though. Motor still turns freely by hand, with nice sounding "whooshes" laugh found out from Jeremy that one of the calipers used to stick a little, hes bringing me a whole bag of brake pads Jacobi had. Might be time for a rebuild, or whole new calipers.

And believe me...it's still fun as ever to sit in and make car noises, even when its up on jack stands laugh laugh laugh
