Just a heads up about this car. I had the financing all ready to go, but I backed out because something just didn't seem right. I did seem to have the power like my SE. I'm not saying my car is faster then a SVT just faster than this one. It seemed quite slow and the secondaries weren't as agressive(they were working too). I drove it for about 30mins total just incase the computer needed to adapt, but nothing changed. If you do decide to purchase this car have a look at the front bumper, it's cracked and very loose. Also it has those little cracks in the paint that everyone is trying to fight Ford to fix. Also it has no service records (if thats important to you). Anyway if you do buy, good luck and don't say I didn't warn you!

If you don't mind me asking, what price were you able to get them down to?

Well I didn't talk them down in the price, I thought it was pretty fare ($17000) but I did get 7000 for my 96 SE with 130k, which I thought was good.

Thanks, I'm gonna go check it out this weekend. Sounds like it would've been a good deal, but I'd be hesitant too if it was out of warranty.

The Black SVT at Barg is _done_. It has 116,000 km, and is very used. The outside paint/glass/headlamps are very highway worn. But it does go 160km at the end of 3rd gear... It's also from Quebec. The rear bumper mesh grill is missing, and yes, the front air dam is cracked, as well as the front mesh grill. I'm still looking for a Tropic Green / Tan leather SVT...
