One less SVT on this side of the state. My little brother managed to total his last week on Lake Michigan Drive out by Allendale. Got rear ended into another car :rolleyes: poor 98.. only 60k on the thing too..

What color was your brothers? What mods do you guys have/had?

His "was" black, no mods on either one, we JUST got them. He got his late February, I got mine early April. Since mine has been in the shop twice already, my money is going towards fixing it before modding it (unless you call tinting the windows a "mod" ). He has a B&M short shifter he never put in, so i'll be taking that. After stopping by Terry's last week, there are all kinds of things I wanna spend money on, but priorities first. (getting the car running right, paying off mucho college debt etc)

Yeah, I understand about the loan thing. If you have any questions about mods, shoot me a PM because my whole car is 95% aftermarket!

Yeah, I wouldn't mind checkin your ride out. If it's nice this weekend (Saturday) I may roll up to Roger's. That is if Duthler ever gets my car finished and back to me. :rolleyes:

Terry, I am waiting on approval for my new purchase before giving the car to you. I only have one ride right now, so I cant give up the car yet.

See.. that's just it.. I would love to drive my car to Rockford with a pile 'o money in the trunk and give it to Terry to play with, but well I

a.) Don't have a pile o' money to put in the trunk, and
b.) Don't have another vehicle to tool around in

Could you brother buy the totaled car and part it out? If not, could he find out where it might go?
I could use $1k worth of parts from that car.

The guy at the Shop mentioned buying it (he bought a mustang 2 years ago and for the most part turned it into a Saleen and wants a new "project"), but I can ask my dad, who just happens to be my insurance agent where it's going/gone.. They usually scrap it the day after it's for sure totalled, so it's probably gone by today.

Just to let you know what's wrecked:
both rear qtr. panels, trunk lid/lights/floorpan, front/rear bumpers, hood, lights, front fenders, exhaust. Tranny had the 1st/Reverse problem, so that needs to be rebuilt. etc...
