764s are the stock heat range at least on the 2.5. You really don't need to go colder on that 'small' of a shot, but I wouldn't run it with the platinums in there still..... Originally posted by Sleeper:

i would have never ran that big of a shot on the stock spark plugs like that unless you want to totally fry your engine..a friend i have that owns a honda s2000 tried that and his engine is no longer existant..you are suppose to go 2 steps colder to be safe..

So I'll visit a couple more times to get ready for the Sport Compact Shoot-Out happening Oct 5th. This is the big local race for rice around here. Alot of the cars at the laste night races were cares I would never normally race; Corvettes, Cobra Mustangs, Firebirds, Acura NSX, Supra's, and other large HP cars that would eat me for dinner. Not many small engine cars, and the few that were there were almost all running nitrous.
