2 e-rams make more power as is dyno proven on engines, especialy bigger ones(5L and above), so it goes to reason that two on a smaller engine will help even more. I plan on doing exhaust also, and one day a turbo. I want the most from the engine and the e-rams can be used with a turbo as well as an upgraded exhaust, so why not do it all? I plan on spending more than $300 on my car to make it fast, so it's not like I have to pick what I want to do.

"Wow, that sank fast." "Yeah, like a rock."

I think you underestimate the e-RAM. The amount of air it will move through an open-ended pipe is around three times the Zetec's maximum consumption. If there were a way to fit it into your intake, I bet it would give you gains.[/b]
Moving air doesn't matter if it doesn't pressurize.

If you are going to get a 200+HP turbo kit for SURE, do us all a favor and forget the eRam. BTW you'll want 2.5" piping then not 2.25"...

What do you think moves the air, if not pressure? Harry Potter's magic wand?

I can wave a piece of paper and move air. Certainly not enough to put a charge into your intake. The e-ram only puts out a hair under 1psi. That's not a lot. Enough to notice a bit? sure. All I'm saying is don't judge the thing by how many CFM it puts out. wink

CFM does NOT = PSI.
They are two different types of measurement.
