Just makes ya wish you bought a MTX!!!!! :p I wish I bought a MTX and my ATX isn't even f*cked up.

but even with a MTX I wouldn't dump MY clutch at anything over 2500rpm.... not looking to have to replace the diff or anyother parts that would break cause of it...

Yeah but if I had the MTX I would probably already have the Quaife, a nice flywheel, and a new clutch.

i've done numerous "dumps" yet, nothing really has happened, i broke a weld on my exhaust once, um... and broke 2 drive shafts. both on the left side. the reason for that i believe is i had a broken rear motor mount, which caused the engine to sit wrong, and not move correctly.

btw, a chip does not remove the limiter in park or anything, or at least mine doesn't, and i got mine from the creator of the diablo chip, i can get you a good deal if you want one custom burned, supposedly it's superiour to Superchips.

My elevated compression means I probably need a custom burn. I was going to wait until after I do exhaust, but I'm only going to go for mild exhaust changes -- probably change muffler & res but leave stock pipe in place -- so I might as well look into getting it now. I haven't yet gotten the code letters off the computer, but I can do that any time... (EDIT) My code is... ... EBA4! You have a private message.
96 GL Zetec ATX, white with pinstripe, nickname " Sam Smooth " mods so far: CTA intake with homemade heat shield, KVR drilled front rotors & carbon pads w/ 500° fluid planned mods: exhaust (want to keep it quiet), e-ram (awaiting installation), diablo chip involuntary mods: compression increased after head gasket failure

Diablo sucks...... Just what I've heard from some of my customers, I don't know from personal experience. My belief is that you can get better HP and TQ gains from the Superchip.

The rev limiter is for criuse control. If were to get bumped into nuetral it'll spin up until the engine blows.
