I was acused of lying and sense the only thing i can think of that the acusy was talking about was shift kit (because all other mods i stated are known to exist) heres your proof go to B&M's site look under products transmission kits select ford,lincoln mecruy and there you will find a kit for a 92-95 AODE/4R70W and that my friends is our transimission in our mystique and countours. and before being called a liar again i would apreciate the common ciurtsey of cheking for your own damn self.

The transmission in the Contour I believe is the CD4E. That tranny you're talking about is a Probe Transmission.

the replacement part for my car is listed AODE actulay AOD-e/4R70W and its listed under shift improvers not kits. there was only one other listing and that was for a non overdrive whitch i didn't even know existed

oh CDE4 may be the right listing but thats the old numbering, lettring system. like C4 adn C6 the indicator is that the CDE4 lettring has E4 at the end which is the tranny i mentioned the CDE4 is a tranny not a part number

Well, since i work for Ford, I did did check for myself. And the AOD-E/4R70W is a REAR WHEEL DRIVE TRANSMISSION made for the Mustang among others. So, I am not calling you a liar, because B&M does indeed make that kit, But I am calling you misinformed, because there is no way you have that tranny. Either that or you own the world's only 2.oL Rear drive Mystique. :rolleyes:

So, again I suggest that you investigate more clearly before you post. And I will again ask that you try to work on your grammar....I know you don't have a major in English, but I assume you passed fifth grade.....of course if you can't tell the difference between a FWD Trans-axle and a RWD Tranny... :rolleyes:

May I be last to call BS! Where do these people come from? Next thing he will post is that HE has a rear wheel drive Contour/Mystique. He custom built it AND THEN put a shift kit on it. :rolleyes:
