Is it possible to put a SVT dual exhaust (from the cat-back) onto a Zetec? If so, how much would it cost, including labor? What parts would I need?

I have the SVT exhaust on my Zetec. All you need is a one foot extension or so for the front part of the SVT exhaust and also a hanger for the passenger side of the exhaust.

The exhaust ranges anywhere from free to $100 depending on the person you get it from. Install on it cost me $90. BTW I got mine free.(Thanks Brad)

Check the CEG classifieds.
Try to find someone as close as possible to you. Shipping it isn't extremely expensive, but it'll have to be cut, which means more welds in the final product.
I have one too and was quoted as much as $200 to have it installed (needless to say I laughed at that guy).
