Has anyone installed a short-shifter on your Zetec. I've talked to B&M reps and I got different responses that the FOCUS " MIGHT " work or won't disclose that they do? Let me know what, where, how much, and was it worth it? confused

if you have a pre 98 MTX no it will not if you have a 98+ MTX it will. if you have a ATX any year there is not short throw shifter for them.

Actually...you could make our current ATX shifter a little shorter if you wanted to. It wouldn't be too hard. wink

To make the ATX shorter, couldn't u just cut part of the shifter stick off? u'd have to leave the button and all, but u could shave and 1/8 of an inch off. I'm not short though, so i'd rather have a tall shifter.
