Has anyone installed the Diablo chip in their Zetec? I was wondering what kind of hp or torque gains you would see. Also, I had read in other forums, focusport, that this chip causes the check engine light to come on. Thanks in advance.

That is odd. I never heard of the CEL going off because of a chip. I never saw mine when I put in my Superchip.

LoCo and Redhawk, how much was your Superchip. I went to the World Ford Shootout this past weekend and was quoted $99.00 for the basic chip from PDQ performance. Did you guys notice a big improvement, and I know any improvement is significant when our cars only make 125-130 hp from the start.

I paid $235 shipped. You notice midrange gains, better shifting (especially if you have an ATX), and no rev limiter (I don't know about the Diablochip). I think it is worth the money.

I think I will have to give him a call tomorrow to see if it gets rid of the rev limiter, and I also have an ATX so any improvement is welcome. Also, have you heard anymore on the header in the zetec board, $$$$$$$. As always, any help is appreciated.

Get it, i have superchip and i love it, probably the best mod for atx-ers, i think...
